Move the dark man onto the last row. He is crowned the moment he arrives.
Tap the highlighted man, then tap the square marked Land here in the king row.

Common mistake: Move the man into the far back row to earn the crown.

The crown is earned now, but the new king uses backward movement on later turns. In English checkers, reaching the king row ends that moving piece's turn.
