The fastest route: in-app feedback
In the app, open the menu (your avatar) → Feedback. Reports sent from there arrive with the context that makes bugs fixable — app version, device, and locale — without you typing any of it.

[email protected] — for anything: bugs, questions, ideas, tournament requests, or a hand with your account. Include your display name (and roughly when the issue happened) and we can find the rest.
Common questions
Were my dice fair?
Yes — and you can check, not just ask. Every online match has a verification check in the app and a public audit page. The protocol is explained in plain language on the provably fair dice page.
Purchases and subscriptions
Pro and other purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Restore purchases from the Store screen in the app; manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings. If an entitlement looks stuck after a purchase, email us — it's usually fixed in minutes.
Reporting a player
Use the report action on the player or table. Reports go to a human; blocks and mutes take effect immediately on your side.
Deleting your account or exporting data
Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or the email route described in the privacy policy — which also covers exactly what is deleted and what is anonymized.
