Download my Chess data
Your Chess profile, games, ratings, puzzle progress, Coach history and privacy choices. Local progress from this device is included as a separate file.
Progress stored only on another offline device is not included.
Your server copy is prepared in the background. The download is private, expires after 24 hours, and includes machine-readable records and PGN games. This browser can include only its own local progress.
Delete Chess Moment profile
Permanently remove your Chess profile, personal progress, shared Moments and Chess data on this device. Current Chess games and voice calls will end.
Your shared sign-in, Boardgammon, Checkers Crown, shared purchases and subscriptions stay available.
Review the details, verify your sign-in when asked, and confirm. Chess access closes when the request is accepted. The status remains in progress until the required cleanup and processor checks are finished.
Opponents keep redacted game records. Limited integrity records, account-wide safety decisions and backups follow our retention policy. A closure receipt prevents old data from returning.
Deleting Chess data does not cancel subscriptions. Manage billing through the store where you subscribed.
Shared account & privacy
Your sign-in account connects our games. To request all account data or delete the entire shared account, open the shared account controls. Entire-account deletion affects all connected games.
Open shared account controlsHow we know which ad brought you
The first time Chess Moment is opened, it reports once to our own server how it was installed or reached: an Apple Search Ads attribution token on iOS, the Google Play install referrer on Android, or the ad click identifiers and campaign tags in the address you arrived on in the browser. Nothing is sent back to any ad network, and you can object at any time. On Android outside the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics for Firebase may also use the advertising identifier to measure our ads; Chess Moment never turns on ad personalisation and keeps these signals off in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Chess Moment does not yet have a usage-analytics switch: elsewhere the signals stay on until you delete your chess profile or account under Settings → Privacy (which turns them off on that device) or uninstall the app, and you can delete or reset the advertising ID in your Android device settings. It does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS. The details, the legal basis, retention and how to object are in the Boardgammon Privacy Policy — which ad or link brought you and Google ad measurement signals on Android.
